Delivery Days: (days of Dispatch) We will dispatch products on a Monday and Wednesday. This will take into account delivery schedules for the couriers to ensure you get your frozen sweetgrass as quickly as possible.
Delivery Costs: Our costs for delivery are at the very best rate possible, considering we are sending you a frozen product straight to your door. This includes Techi Ice, Foil wrapping and a courier delivery service.
Delivery Details: The couriers we use pick up products from us on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. They will deliver to you within the following two days, so please ensure that you put the correct address and telephone number with your order. It may also be useful if you can include a second telephone number for delivery, because couriers generally move on to their next delivery very quickly. Please ensure you unwrap and put the frozen wheatgrass into your freezer immediately. We do not have any control or information about times that couriers may deliver to different areas.
Courier Delivery: The courier will ask you to sign for delivery, so ensure that you are happy with the condition of the wrapping or box that is being delivered.
